Terms of service

Effective date: 18 September 2026

Business customers only

This website and trade account are intended solely for customers acting in the course of business. They are not intended for consumer purchases.

1. About us

Cross The Limits Trade is a trading name of LAREVOLUTION LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 12988634. Our business address is North East Suffolk Business Centre, Unit 15 Pinbush Road, Lowestoft, NR33 7NQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@crossthelimits.co.uk.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to trade accounts, quotations, orders and sales made through Cross The Limits Trade. By applying for a trade account, accessing the trade catalogue or placing an order, the customer confirms that it is acting for business purposes and agrees to these terms.

3. Trade accounts and approval

Access to the catalogue and trade pricing is restricted to approved customers. We may request information reasonably required to verify a business, approve or refuse an application, suspend access, or close an account where necessary for security, compliance, credit control or misuse of the trade service. Account credentials must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

4. Products and availability

Product descriptions, pack sizes, images and availability are provided in good faith. Packaging, formulation or presentation may change from time to time. An order is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us. We may reject, reduce or cancel an order before dispatch if stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment has not been received when due, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

5. Prices, minimum order and VAT

Trade prices shown to approved customers apply at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing. The minimum order value is £350. VAT will be applied where legally required and as indicated on the order or invoice. The tax treatment may depend on the customer, destination and nature of the transaction. We may correct obvious pricing or tax errors before dispatch and will contact the customer if a material change affects the amount payable.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, which may occur by written confirmation, issue of an accepted draft order, or dispatch of the goods. Automated acknowledgements do not by themselves constitute acceptance. We may contact the customer to clarify quantities, shipping, tax treatment, payment or availability before accepting an order.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid using an approved payment method. Where credit or deferred payment terms are granted, the standard term is 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may withdraw or vary credit terms at any time for future orders. If an amount is overdue, we may suspend further supply and may claim statutory interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.

8. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and limits are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the delivery address or collection by the customer or its carrier, as applicable.

9. Title to goods

Ownership of goods remains with us until we have received cleared payment in full for those goods. Until title passes, the customer must take reasonable care of the goods and must not intentionally dispose of them in a way that defeats our ownership rights, except in the ordinary course of resale where permitted.

10. Inspection, shortages and returns

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect or defective goods must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy. As this is a business-to-business service, we do not offer a general consumer- style cooling-off right or change-of-mind return right unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

11. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are suitable and lawful for its intended resale, advertising, distribution and use in the territories in which it operates, including any local labelling, product, tax, import or regulatory requirements. The customer must not alter product information in a misleading way or make claims that are unlawful or unsupported.

12. International orders

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for import permissions, customs requirements, duties, taxes and local charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside our control.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss arising from the customer’s onward resale decisions. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid or payable for the goods giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, industrial action, supply-chain interruption, system outages, government action or other force majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect where practicable.

15. Intellectual property

The website, trade materials, branding, text, graphics and other content owned by us remain our property or the property of our licensors. Approval of a trade account does not grant any right to use our intellectual property or a manufacturer’s intellectual property other than as reasonably necessary to resell genuine products in accordance with applicable law and any brand rules.

16. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Business account information may be used to administer the account, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and, where permitted, communicate relevant trade information.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is accepted will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law. Updated terms may apply to future use of the trade account after publication.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the parties agree another forum in writing.

19. Contact
