Current trade shipping structure

Shipping methods and charges below apply to approved Cross The Limits Trade customers unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

1. United Kingdom delivery

For eligible UK orders, the following shipping options are currently offered:

  • UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): £6.50 flat rate, for orders up to 15 kg.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery / Next Day: £15.00 flat rate, for orders up to 10 kg.

If an order exceeds the relevant carrier weight limit, we may contact the customer before dispatch to agree an alternative service, split shipment or additional shipping arrangement.

2. International delivery

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the current shipping charge is £15.00 flat rate per order unless a different arrangement is shown at checkout or agreed in writing. International availability may depend on destination, product restrictions and carrier service.

3. Minimum order value

The minimum trade order value is £350. Shipping charges are additional unless the checkout or a written quotation expressly states otherwise.

4. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed subject to stock availability, payment status, account approval and any checks required for the destination. Transit times shown by us or a carrier are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been expressly purchased and accepted. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, security checks or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment where required. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery or re-delivery may be charged to the customer where appropriate.

6. International customs and import charges

For shipments outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for checking local import requirements and for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage or other destination charges unless we expressly confirm in writing that a charge is included. Customs clearance times are outside our control.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be provided electronically or made available through the customer account. Tracking information may not update until the carrier has collected and scanned the parcel.

8. Damage, shortages and non-delivery

Please inspect deliveries promptly and report damaged, missing or incorrect goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If a tracked shipment appears lost or materially delayed, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

9. Changes to shipping rates

We may change shipping services, carrier limits and rates for future orders to reflect carrier availability, fuel surcharges, destination restrictions or operational changes. The shipping charge confirmed for an accepted order will apply to that order unless the customer agrees a change.
